About The Position

Ensure a safe and clean environment throughout all areas of the club. Perform daily cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently, and complete operational processes as needed to provide an excellent member and guest experience. The role also includes routine basic equipment maintenance and required training related to chemicals, equipment, and maintenance.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Clean all areas of the club, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, following club best practices, standards, procedures, guidelines, and methods.
Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
Complete and maintain required training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance.
Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines.
Act with integrity and honesty and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture.
Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions.
Demonstrate a customer service mindset.
Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Adhere to company safety policies for the safety of associates and customers.
Receive, understand, and proactively respond to direction from supervisors, managers, and other company personnel.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
