About The Position
The Janitorial position performs standard industrial janitorial cleaning in a production and office environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, willing to stay continuously busy during an eight-hour workday, and motivated by a job well done. The role also requires working effectively with a team, attention to detail, a good attitude, responsiveness, and good attendance. This is a full-time position with eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, in Oelwein, Iowa. A post-offer physical and substance testing are required, and the selected candidate must pass a criminal background screening. Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to stay continuously busy for an eight-hour workday.
- Able to work well with others as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good attitude, responsiveness, and good attendance.
- Pass post-offer physical and substance testing.
- Pass criminal background screening.
- Able to continuously walk, stand, bend, and grasp; rotate the trunk; reach out and/or up; lift and/or carry; and climb.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
