About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining the facility in a sanitary and infection-free condition through washing, cleaning, and replacement of equipment. The role involves the disposal of trash and following procedures for the safe use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage. Daily tasks include cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, servicing and cleaning restrooms, and cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.

Requirements

• Ability to repetitively lift heavy equipment of 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Positive attitude when working with others.
• Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility in a sanitary and infection free condition through washing, cleaning, and replacement of equipment.
• Responsible for the disposal of trash.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Perform other related work as required.
