About The Position

This Janitorial position is responsible for maintaining the facility in a sanitary and infection-free condition. Key duties include cleaning floors, servicing restrooms, cleaning windows, and disposing of trash, while adhering to procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment. The role requires the ability to perform various physical activities and work in different temperature conditions.

Requirements

• Ability to repetitively lift heavy equipment of 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Positive attitude when working others
• Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility in a sanitary and infection free condition through washing, cleaning, and replacement of equipment
• Responsible for the disposal of trash
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• Perform other related work as required
