Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Rochester, MN , as a part-time Janitorial Technician . This position offers a flexible schedule of 12-15 hours per week, with an hourly wage range of $19.00 to $21.00. Candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check.
All employee must pass the company background check for employment.

Responsibilities

Complete cleaning requests or tasks
Walk the grounds daily to ensure all litter is removed and that the exterior of the building and grounds are well-maintained.
Daily inspection of common areas to ensure a clean and orderly appearance: Vacuum, dust, clean surface areas, common bathrooms, kitchen, elevator, windows, doors, etc.
Communicate regularly with the manager on the progress of work each day.
Work with the manager to purchase supplies as needed.
Show respect for all residents at all times.
Thoroughly clean empty apartments as soon as the Manager communicates the required work.
Required to perform job duties in a safe manner that is compliant with all Paramark and OSHA safety requirements.
