Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Texas driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

Prior janitorial, custodial, or environmental services experience preferred—especially in healthcare or clinical settings.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and move between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize exam rooms, offices, restrooms, waiting areas, and common areas on established schedules.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Empty trash and dispose of waste properly, including regulated medical waste per protocol.
Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other consumable supplies.
Disinfect high-touch surfaces following healthcare infection control guidelines.
Use, store, and track cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs to your supervisor promptly.
Follow all Frontera safety, HIPAA, and confidentiality policies.
Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
