The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for the quality control and safety of their assigned JaniTek accounts, including all service requirements and direct supervision of assigned staff. The role requires actively and consistently meeting/exceeding customer expectations. The Supervisor assists the Operations Team in holding their team accountable to JaniTek standards, which includes inspection scheduling and completion, janitor training, reporting of KPIs, employee discipline, and covering of accounts.
