The Supervisor reports to the Senior Operation Manager and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of employees within the shift and assigned buildings. This role carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable State and Federal laws. The Supervisor assists in managing the overall activities of a project(s), supervises the project crew, and coordinates services activities for assigned buildings, ensuring services are performed as contracted and meet customer specifications. This role also involves maintaining/monitoring work schedules, conducting quality assurance checks, managing materials inventory and equipment usage, including key controls and snow removal services. The Supervisor resolves on-site services delivery problems, participates in ongoing management/technical skills development training programs, conducts new employee orientation, and develops employees’ skills/abilities. Conference room set ups and internal moves may also be required. Maintaining effective customer relations is a key aspect of this position. The incumbent is responsible for assisting in the management of the site account, including work-scheduling of all shift personnel, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations/audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, employee evaluations, trouble-shooting/problem solving, orientation/safety training, customer relations, payroll, and special project work as requested.
