1st Shift Janitorial Supervisor Office/Warehouse
About The Position
ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC is hiring a 1st Shift Janitorial Supervisor for an office and warehouse in St. Louis, Missouri. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour, paid weekly, with access to benefits. The supervisor ensures janitorial services meet established standards and are completed on time. The role also oversees service quality, tracks and orders client consumables, and communicates professionally with team members, upper management, and customers. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to complete work well and on time.
Requirements
- Ability to manage effectively.
- Good communication and people skills, with a positive and outgoing attitude.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision.
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to take direction.
Responsibilities
- Ensure services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
- Conduct quality control of services using customized scorecards.
- Accurately track and order client consumables inventory.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with team members, upper management, and customers.
- Resolve conflicts effectively.
- Take direction.
- Perform additional duties as needed to complete work well and on time.
