About The Position

ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC is seeking a dependable worker who can work independently to clean a customer’s small office and warehouse facility in Orlando, Florida. The company provides facility management and maintenance services and has more than 30 years of industry experience. This is a first-shift position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Pay is $15.00 per hour, paid weekly. The start date is ASAP. Access to benefits is offered.

The role involves cleaning and sanitizing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, scrubbing, and emptying trash cans. The worker must be able to work alone, be physically capable of performing the duties, remain on their feet for the entire shift, and be reliable.
