The Supervisor reports to the Senior Operation Manager and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of employees within the shift and assigned buildings. This role carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable State and Federal laws. The Supervisor will assist in managing the overall activities of a project(s), supervise the project crew, and coordinate services activities for assigned buildings, ensuring services are performed as contracted and meet customer specifications. Responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring work schedules, conducting quality assurance checks, managing inventory and equipment usage, and performing snow removal services. The role also involves resolving on-site services delivery problems, participating in management and technical skills development training, conducting new employee orientations, and maintaining effective customer relations.
