About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is expanding its team in Northeast Grand Rapids with an After-Hours Janitorial Specialist (Part-Time) role. This position is ideal for individuals who prefer working independently during late-night hours, offering a stable environment with supportive management. The role involves approximately 15 hours per week, with specific shifts on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The primary responsibilities include transforming the facility overnight through total sanitization, comprehensive floor care, waste management, inventory restocking, detail cleaning, and ensuring site security. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a reliable vehicle to commute to Northeast Grand Rapids.
Strong attention to detail and a prideful approach to cleanliness.
Punctuality and a commitment to your scheduled shifts.
Ability to be on your feet and move actively for 5-hour increments.

Responsibilities

Disinfecting offices, entryways, and restrooms to the highest hygiene standards.
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping to maintain professional flooring.
Efficiently clearing trash and recycling throughout the building.
Ensuring breakrooms and restrooms are fully prepped with paper products and soap.
Dusting surfaces and polishing glass to keep the environment sparkling.
Following protocols to ensure the building is locked and secured after your shift.
