As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will lead our evening cleaning crew to victory! In this essential role, our ideal cleaning supervisor or janitorial shift lead teammate will guide daily upkeep and ensure exceptional service.

Requirements

1–3 years of janitorial, cleaning, or supervisory experience
Must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively
1–3 years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or team leadership experience.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively to assist with supplies and trash.
A positive leader with great communication skills who excels at motivating others.

Responsibilities

Supervising employees and coordinating the team to complete special tasks smoothly.
Assisting the Manager in ensuring buildings are thoroughly cleaned per the contract scope.
Leading by example by performing general cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming building spaces.
Pulling trash and recycling to keep facility areas organized.
Cleaning restrooms to uphold strict sanitization standards.
