In this essential role, our ideal cleaning supervisor or janitorial shift lead teammate will guide daily upkeep and ensure exceptional service.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of janitorial, cleaning, or supervisory experience
- must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively

Responsibilities
- Supervising employees and coordinating the team to complete special tasks smoothly.
- Assisting the Manager in ensuring buildings are thoroughly cleaned per the contract scope.
- Leading by example by performing general cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming building spaces.
- Pulling trash and recycling to keep facility areas organized.
- Cleaning restrooms to uphold strict sanitization standards.
