About The Position

We are looking for a Janitorial Shift Supervisor-Bilingual to lead our evening cleaning crew in Nashville. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity featuring a consistent weekday schedule, competitive starting pay, and room for financial growth after just 90 days!

Requirements

• 1–3 years of janitorial, commercial cleaning, or supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse team.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and a positive leadership attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise evening employees, delegate tasks, and coordinate with the team to complete special cleaning projects.
• Assist the Manager in quality control, ensuring the building is cleaned efficiently and meets our high-standard scope of work.
• Lead by example by performing general cleaning duties, including pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and duties are completed within the designated shift.
