Requirements
- Must have prior housekeeping or cleaning supervision experience
- Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or janitorial lead.
- A reliable, team-first attitude and a desire to help others succeed.
- Great communication skills to effectively coordinate with your crew and management.
Responsibilities
- Guide, support, and supervise employees during the evening shift.
- Coordinate daily with your team to tackle special cleaning projects and assign tasks.
- Assist the Manager in making sure the building matches our high standards.
- Jump in and help with general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming as needed.
