About The Position
As our Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will lead our evening team and keep our Clayton facility sparkling clean. Serve as the lead Cleaning Supervisor, training, motivating, and supporting your 2nd shift team. Inspect work areas daily to maintain high quality and safety standards. Act as the key Custodial Lead on-site, communicating directly with site management. Manage cleaning inventory, supplies, and nightly schedules.
Requirements
- 2+ years of janitorial leadership experience
- background check
- valid driver's license
- Proven experience as a Janitorial Site Supervisor or Cleaning Supervisor.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
