As a Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate on-site cleaning operations to keep client facilities safe and spotless.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and inventory tracking.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervising general cleaners, assigning work zones, and conducting daily safety huddles.
- Training new team members on safety, PPE, equipment, and cleaning protocols.
- Inspecting completed work, maintaining logs, and stepping in as a Custodial Team Lead to perform cleaning tasks as needed.
- Managing supply inventory, chemical dilutions, and communicating with management and clients.
