HOURLY - Janitorial Site Supervisor
About The Position
As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, you lead and coordinate on-site cleaning operations to keep client facilities safe and spotless. In this key role, your daily Janitorial Lead duties include: Directly supervising general cleaners, assigning work zones, and conducting daily safety huddles. Training new team members on safety, PPE, equipment, and cleaning standards. Inspecting completed work, maintaining logs, and stepping in as a Custodial Team Lead to perform cleaning tasks as needed. Managing supply inventory, chemical dilutions, and communicating with management and clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience leading team members.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and inventory tracking.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
