About The Position

As a Janitorial Operations Supervisor, you will lead our evening team to ensure campus facilities remain spotless and safe. Working as our on-site Cleaning Supervisor, your routine will include overseeing and working directly with evening service partners across four local campuses to meet client standards, creating basic shift reports with photos and descriptions of completed tasks, performing hands-on general cleaning, including pulling trash, dusting, restroom cleaning, and vacuuming. You will also coordinate special projects like floor scrubbing, event setups, and filling in at sites as a backup Janitorial Shift Supervisor, and train employees on proper safety, PPE usage, and advanced disinfection technology.

Requirements

Previous janitorial experience
Strong communication/reporting skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
A valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Reliable transportation
Prior professional janitorial and floor care experience is required.
Great communication skills to resolve employee issues and build strong client relationships.
Ability to write basic status reports and take/upload photos.
Must have reliable transportation and a clear MVR.
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Bilingual skills are a major plus but not required!
