- 3 Years Management Experience with 3 Years in Janitorial Industry.

- Preferred Bilingual English / Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Support Interviewing and Hiring of staff, train, manage performance including disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Ability to understand project management and related project planning, while communicating any changes and progress.
- Weekly scheduling of staff.
- Oversee ordering of Supplies and Equipment.
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of all Compliance Standards ( OSHA, State / Federal ).
- Manage the Customer and Vendor relationship for assigned accounts.
