The principal responsibility of the Operations Manager is to supervise routine cleaning of all areas of the buildings and policing the grounds. The successful candidate must possess the ability to supervise cleaning services, including janitorial, floor care, and special services, within a commercial/industrial environment. Key aspects include providing management oversight of Janitorial Service Operations, coordinating building janitorial needs, ensuring compliance with cleaning plans, and physically inspecting all buildings regularly. The manager will also establish and maintain strong relationships with client management, respond to client requests, manage inventory, control budgets for supplies and labor, prepare work schedules, and ensure employee adherence to safety regulations.
