About The Position

ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC is seeking a dependable, motivated, and reliable worker to clean a customer’s office and warehouse facility in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The role requires working independently and performing cleaning and sanitizing duties in a small office and warehouse facility. The company is a facility management and maintenance company with more than 30 years of industry experience and is headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Two Tuesday–Saturday schedules are available: 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.–12:00 noon. Pay is $15.00 per hour, paid weekly. The position is available to start as soon as possible, and access to benefits is offered.

Requirements

• Must be able to work alone.
• Must be physically capable of performing the duties.
• Must be on their feet for the entire shift.
• Must be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize the office and warehouse facility.
• Dust, sweep, mop, polish, and scrub surfaces.
• Empty trash cans.
