About The Position
ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC is seeking a dependable worker to clean a customer's office and warehouse facility in Laredo, Texas, near Mile Marker 13 Exit. The company is a facility management and maintenance provider with more than 30 years of industry experience and is headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role offers either a Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and pays $13.00 per hour with weekly pay.
Requirements
- Be dependable and able to work well independently with minimal supervision.
- Have good communication and people skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Be a problem solver and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be over the age of 21.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Clean the customer's office and warehouse facility.
- Ensure services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
- Conduct quality control of services using customized scorecards.
- Accurately track and order the client's consumables inventory.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with team members, upper management, and customers.
- Resolve conflicts effectively.
- Take direction.
- Perform additional duties as needed to complete the work well and on time.
