About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring for a Janitorial Maintenance role in its travel centers. Team members provide guest service through well-maintained facilities and may have opportunities to train for other roles within travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand most of the day.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and remove trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
