About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring for a Janitorial Maintenance role in a dynamic travel-center environment. The role focuses on keeping the store and its facilities clean and well-maintained, supporting a positive guest experience. Team members may also have opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within the travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and the ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general store repairs and maintenance.
• Pick up and remove trash throughout the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
