About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring a Janitorial Maintenance team member to maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of a travel center. The role includes cleaning guest facilities, handling towels and trash, performing general store repairs and maintenance, and providing excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities. Starting pay is $13.15–$19.18 per hour.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand most of the day.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and remove trash throughout the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
