About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring a Janitorial Maintenance team member to help maintain clean, well-kept facilities at its travel center. The role includes cleaning the store, showers, and restrooms; handling shower towels; performing general store repairs and maintenance; and collecting trash throughout the travel center. The position also provides excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities. Pay starts between $20.40 and $27.56 per hour.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of industrial equipment and the ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and remove trash throughout the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
