About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring a Janitorial Maintenance team member to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of a travel center. The role includes cleaning showers and restrooms, handling towels, collecting trash, and performing general store maintenance. The team member is expected to provide excellent guest service by maintaining clean, well-kept facilities. Pay rates start between $11.85 and $17.25 per hour.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and remove trash throughout the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
