About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring a Janitorial Maintenance team member to help keep its travel center clean and welcoming. The role involves maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store and facilities, handling shower towels, performing general repairs and maintenance, and providing excellent guest service. Team members may also have opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within the travel centers and restaurants. Starting pay is $13.80–$20.13 per hour.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and remove trash throughout the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
