About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring for a Janitorial Maintenance role in a dynamic travel-center environment. The position is responsible for maintaining clean, well-maintained facilities and providing excellent guest service. Team members may have opportunities to train and gain experience in other roles within the company’s travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general store repairs and maintenance.
• Pick up and remove trash throughout the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
