About The Position

The Janitorial Maintenance role supports Phil's BBQ facility operations by inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and overseeing repairs of restaurant equipment and performing general upkeep. The role includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, electrostatic precipitator, and other equipment maintenance, along with some janitorial duties. Work must ensure optimal operating results and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Staff are expected to work and act consistently with the core values and mission of Phil’s BBQ (“PHILS WAY”). A flexible schedule is required, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, electrostatic precipitator, and other restaurant equipment.
• Oversee repairs of restaurant equipment.
• Perform general facility upkeep and some janitorial duties.
• Support facility operations and help ensure optimal operating results and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Work and act consistently with Phil’s BBQ’s core values and mission (“PHILS WAY”).
