As our Janitorial Section Lead (also working as a Janitorial Team Lead / Cleaning Lead Worker), you will help keep our facility spotless and our cleaning operations running smoothly! Requirements
- 1 year of janitorial/cleaning experience
- ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively
- 1 year of experience as a Janitorial Section Lead, Cleaning Lead Worker, or commercial custodian.
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout shift.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Performing general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming.
- Inspecting work areas and checking behind teams of cleaners to ensure tasks meet quality scope standards.
- Assisting supervisors with site oversight and leading by example.
