About The Position

Join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions of Tulsa as a Part-Time Bilingual Evening Janitorial Inspector! As a Part-Time Janitorial Inspector, you will play a vital role in overseeing Independent Contractors, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. You’ll enjoy the satisfaction of ensuring that our customers are happy with the cleanliness of their spaces. We believe in creating a positive work environment, where teamwork and support are at the forefront. This position will cover the Tulsa Metro area.

Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends.
Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
This position is Safety Sensitive.
Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route.
Conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.
