About The Position
City Wide Facility Solutions is the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, facilitating janitorial and more than 20 additional maintenance services for every client. We are looking for Independent Contractors to partner with to help meet the needs of our clients, either for Janitorial Services or Non-Janitorial Services (Handyman, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Pressure Washing and Window Washing, Flooring, Painting, Landscape, etc.). City Wide of Austin can help your business grow, focus on the work, not on selling and collecting on the accounts, and most importantly, increase your income.
Requirements
- Valid Business License, LLC or Inc
- Worker's Compensation Insurance
- General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto
- Federal EIN #
- W-9
- Other verifiable business
- 18 years of age minimum
- Favorable background investigation results
- Cannot be a sole proprietor
