Requirements
- Must be an independent contractor
- Must have experience in janitorial services
- Must not be a sole proprietor
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must provide a valid Business License, LLC or Inc
- Must provide Worker's Compensation Insurance
- Must provide Umbrella Insurance
- Must provide General Liability Insurance
- Must provide Federal EIN #
- Must provide other verifiable business documentation
- Must pass a favorable background investigation
