About The Position

4M Building Solutions is hiring a full-time General Cleaner/Tugger for second shift in Seguin, Texas. The hourly pay rate is $14.50–$14.75. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Team members receive training in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices and use Green Seal-certified supplies and equipment. Duties may vary and the description is representative only. The position reports to an Account Supervisor or Account Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience is required.
• Must successfully complete drug screening using urine and hair samples and a government background check.
• Must comply with safety guidelines.
• Must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect using the company's practices, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide courteous, reliable, and resourceful service as a representative of 4M.
• Wipe down surfaces, including fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips when noticed.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary and in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
