About The Position

The primary focus of the Field Supervisor will be to service existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new business when possible. This individual will oversee cleaning operations across multiple buildings, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, managing staff, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
Ability to train staff, conduct inspections, and ensure safety compliance.
Tech-savvy; able to use smartphones/tablets for scheduling and reporting.
Organized, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the cleaning field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of porters and matrons, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.
Assign cleaning tasks and special projects based on operational needs.
Conduct periodic quality control inspections to ensure all work meets Harvard and client standards.
Train new and current staff members on cleaning best practices and safety protocols.
Ensure all team members use proper safety equipment and follow established safety procedures.
Manage inventory by ordering and distributing cleaning supplies and equipment.
Review and process work tickets for task completion and accountability.
Perform routine maintenance and checks on general cleaning equipment.
Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations to deliver exceptional results.
