About The Position

We are a very stable and reliable company looking for hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates for a full-time Facility Manager position. This role requires the ability to work well with the cleaning crew, be physically capable of completing the job (on feet for the entire shift), and involves managing labor needs, supervising the cleaning crew, ensuring services meet standards, performing quality control, tracking and ordering consumables, communicating effectively with team members and customers, resolving conflict, tracking and reporting progress, and assisting with employee recruiting and onboarding. The ideal candidate must have a passion for a job well done.

Requirements

Candidate MUST be able to work well with cleaning crew/team.
Candidate MUST be physically capable of completing the job. On feet for entire shift.
Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers.
Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisor experience highly preferred.
MUST have the passion for a job well done.

Responsibilities

Managing labor needs.
Manage cleaning crew. Work alongside team.
Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards.
Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory.
Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers.
Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict.
Tracking and reporting weekly progress reports that are custom made for specific sites.
Assist with employee recruiting/onboarding.
Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time.
