About The Position

The Janitorial Day Porter keeps a client facility clean and well maintained throughout the day. The role involves routine cleaning and building upkeep, including restocking bathrooms, organizing supplies, dusting and vacuuming facility spaces, removing trash and recycling, and thoroughly cleaning restrooms. Other facility cleaning duties may be assigned by the supervisor. The position is on-site in Southern Pines, North Carolina, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Requirements

• One year of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodian experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repetitively.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently during daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Restock bathrooms and neatly organize supplies.
• Perform general cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming throughout facility spaces.
• Remove trash and recycling to keep public areas clean.
• Clean restrooms thoroughly to maintain high sanitization standards.
• Perform other facility cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
