Environment Control of Wisconsin is seeking individuals for medical cleaning positions in Delafield, WI. We have been in business since 1972 and serve over 350 customers across Wisconsin, with a goal to reach 500 by 2025. We pride ourselves on having satisfied customers and employees who feel respected and valued. Our managers are well-trained, treat employees with decency and respect, and hold them to a high standard of cleaning while offering support for improvement. Many of our managers are bilingual in Spanish. We offer opportunities for advancement, with the potential to be promoted into a supervisor in training role. Employees receive guaranteed weekly paychecks, which is beneficial for managing daily bills. We provide paid training, including a job offer session, three days of training, and two t-shirts. Most positions are second shift, with schedules that do not change once hired. Additional hours may be available. We also offer bonuses and a generous job referral program. We hire individuals aged 15 and up, making it a suitable first job for students seeking a set after-school schedule without weekend work. While the cleaning tasks are not overly strenuous, the job requires consistent movement, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds.
