About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform cleaning duties across assigned facilities and help maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and sanitary workplace for employees, clients, and visitors. The role includes routine cleaning, restroom sanitation, waste removal, care of cleaning equipment and supplies, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. The position is located on North Allumbaugh Street in Boise, Idaho, and pays $17.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
