About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform cleaning duties across assigned facilities and help maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and sanitary workplace. The role supports a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. It is located at 10811 W Collins Ave, Lakewood, CO 80215, with listed Monday–Friday shift options of 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m., or 4:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m. The pay rate is $16.60 per hour; the specific offer may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data. Nice To Haves

Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
