Frantz Building Services is seeking a Janitorial Cleaner for a full-time, first-shift production role. This position involves maintaining and cleaning various areas within an office or facility, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, and breakrooms. Requirements

Janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and attendance.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must pass pre-employment screening requirements.
Must have physical copy of birth certificate.
Frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Push, pull, bend, reach, and climb stairs regularly.
Perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
Steel toed boots or shoes.

Responsibilities

Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
Collect and empty trash and recycling receptacles.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Clean glass and doors.
Complete all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
