About The Position

Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas. Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Clean glass and doors. Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames. Other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements

• Janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must pass pre-employment screening requirements
• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Push, pull, bend, reach, and climb stairs regularly
• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Steel toed boots or shoes
