Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies and their safe usage.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail, physical stamina, and manual dexterity.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces throughout the facility.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and other designated areas.
• Promptly report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
