Requirements
- Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and proper chemical usage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and fixtures
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout assigned areas
- Dust and wipe surfaces such as desks, countertops, and windowsills
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies as needed
- Clean and maintain common areas, including break rooms and kitchens
- Follow all safety procedures, cleaning protocols, and company policies
- Report maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor in a timely manner
