The Janitorial Assistant Site Manager is responsible for supporting Tessera’s JBLM Janitorial operations to facilitate a smooth flow of services ensuring strong representation and communication among employees and government personnel. The Janitorial Assistant Site Manager provides strategic and administrative support to the Site Manager and is accountable for the effective development, delivery, and execution of all operational functions that contribute to the achievement of the organization's mission and goals. Productivity, workplace safety, customer satisfaction, and the team’s success are dependent on the leadership team position’s efforts.
