About The Position

This position is a Mon-Fri position between the hours of 12pm-9pm with some flexibility required. You would be responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customer’, their students and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be Assigned: Overall duties include professional overseeing, motivating, and working side by side with our janitorial supervisors and support staff. Working with Director of Operations on flow of communication to staff and our business partners. Assisting in the interviewing, reviewing, and hiring process. Performing in-office and hands on account training of new hires. Performing follow-up staff visits, solidifying a strong relationship, and creating a unified work environment. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, including delivering supplies to our staff and our client building location. Perform periodic onsite inspections and review with staff. Maintain a good working relationship with customer via over the phone or in-person, including during onsite reviews with clients. Capability of filling in/production in accounts as needed during times of new account implementation, time off by other staff, or vacant accounts (making sure our clients are taken care of first and foremost). Requirements

  • Constant (up to 100%) sitting, standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
  • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs.
  • Must have an eye for detail.
  • Team player.
  • The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
  • Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, a good communicator, dependable, and on time.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years’ experience as a supervisor or manager is a plus but not required.
  • Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
