About The Position

As a Janitorial Account Manager (also serving as our primary Janitorial Operations Manager and Facilities Account Manager for the territory), you will lead operational success across 6 schools and 2 district facilities. This role involves supervising, coaching, and inspiring a team of approximately 40 janitorial staff members across 1st and 2nd shifts. You will build strong, trust-based relationships with school principals and district leaders as our brand ambassador. Key responsibilities include conducting routine site audits to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming facility environments that exceed contract standards, managing supply inventory, labor hours, and budgets, and overseeing site recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and safety compliance (OSHA).

Requirements

Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
2–5+ years of supervisory or management experience (e.g., hospitality, retail, operations, logistics, or facilities).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record to operate a company vehicle.
Commute within 30 minutes of site boundaries.
